Anxious? Troubles communicating? Feeling low?

I’m Juliet Tran, LMFT (she/her)

Many of the people I work with struggle with depression and anxiety. Our work often focuses on building self-esteem and confidence, learning how to prioritize themselves, and communicating their emotions and needs.

Oftentimes, there are old wounds and beliefs that interfere with our ability to work through these struggles.

Where does this anxiety come from?

Why is it that you hold yourself to such high standards?

How did you develop these thoughts and beliefs about yourself?

If you are wanting to learn how to…

  • Cope with difficult emotions

  • Manage anxiety and depression

  • Communicate your needs and feelings

  • Put yourself first for once

  • Be okay with not being perfect

  • Feel more comfortable and confident with who you are

You’ve come to the right place. Together, we could take time to explore the different areas of your life that have been hard for you to navigate.

This is a safe space for everyone

As a second-generation Filipina immigrant, providing inclusive and culturally sensitive care for everyone to feel safe, be heard, and seen are most important in the work that I do. From AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander), Latine, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), to LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer + beyond) communities. To individuals who are neurodivergent, live with chronic illness(es), and/or have disabilities. Everybody is welcome.

As a COVID cautious provider, I offer a safe space to talk about feelings, experiences, and all things related to COVID. I continue to mask, receive my boosters, take COVID precautions, and will only be offering video sessions indefinitely for not only my safety, but for the safety of my family and community.

I currently am only seeing residents of California via video sessions and will soon be seeing clients in Washington State.
