You’ve come to the right place! Many of the individuals who seek out my help have difficulties with anxiety and low self-esteem. Together, we could unpack and talk about how things got to where they are now, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.
This is a safe space for everyone
As a second-generation Filipina immigrant, providing inclusive and culturally sensitive care for everyone to feel safe, be heard, and seen are most important in the work that I do. From AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander), Latine, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), to LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer + beyond) communities. To individuals who are neurodivergent, live with chronic illness(es), and have disabilities. Everybody is welcome.
As a COVID cautious provider, I offer a safe space to talk about feelings, experiences, and all things related to COVID. I continue to mask, receive my boosters, take COVID precautions, and will only be offering video sessions indefinitely for not only my safety, but for the safety of my family and community.
I currently am only seeing residents of California and Washington State via telehealth sessions.
