How much do you charge?

Session fees are $180 for 50-minute individual sessions for adults (18+) and $200 for 50-minute individual sessions for tweens and teens (ages 11–17).

Do you offer sliding scale or reduced fee sessions?

I know therapy can be expensive, and accessibility is important to me. At this time, all sliding scale or reduced-fee spots are currently filled, but I’ll update this page if that changes.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance directly. However, depending on your plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement for a portion of your therapy costs.

If requested, I’d be happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider.
