Helping you grow into a happier and more confident version of yourself

Helping you grow into a happier and more confident version of yourself •

Hi! I’m Juliet Tran, LMFT (she/her)

Juliet is posed with her head resting on her right hand, wearing a pink sweater with teddy bears, and a bright yellow backdrop in an urban area.

I’m a second-generation Filipina therapist supporting teens and adults, with a focus on Asian and BIPOC communities navigating anxiety and stress.

People reach out to me to work on:

  • Building self-esteem and confidence

  • Feeling more comfortable saying “no” without guilt

  • Recovering from burnout and exhaustion

  • Learning how to prioritize themselves without feeling selfish

  • Communicating their feelings and needs more clearly

  • Finding healthier ways to cope with life’s stressors

  • And honestly — just wanting to feel better. Period.

How I could help you:

  • Get to know yourself more deeply by connecting the dots between your past and present, and noticing the patterns that keep showing up in your life

  • Learn how to manage expectations in a way that helps prevent spiraling and feeling overwhelmed

  • Build confidence to speak up, take up space, and prioritize your own needs without second-guessing yourself

  • Develop tools to calm racing thoughts and regulate emotions when things feel like too much

  • Find ways to gently step outside your comfort zone when life isn’t going the way you hoped

No matter what’s bringing you here, we can work together to help you create a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what you actually want — not just what you’ve been settling for.

This is a safe space for everyone

As a second-generation Filipina immigrant, providing inclusive and culturally sensitive care for everyone to feel safe, be heard, and seen are most important in the work that I do.

Being a COVID cautious provider, I offer a safe space to talk about feelings, experiences, and all things related to COVID. I continue to mask, stay up to date with my boosters, take COVID precautions, and will only be offering video sessions indefinitely for not only my safety, but for the safety of my family and community.

I currently am only seeing residents of California and Washington State via telehealth sessions.
